Can your company support color OEM?

OPPAIR supports color OEM, more than 4 units, free of charge.

What certifications has your company passed?

OPPAIR has passed CE certification and SGS factory inspection certification, and obtained the certificate issued by SGS.

How long is your delivery time?

We generally have 380V machines in stock and can be shipped at any time. 40HQ order lead time: 15-20 days. The lead time for 220V/400V/415V/440V voltage is 20-30 days.

What is your production process?

After receiving the customer's deposit, we will start production. After the production is completed, we will shoot video and photos to the customer, or inspect the goods by video phone. If there is no problem, the customer will pay the balance and we will arrange the delivery.

How can your company guarantee the quality of the products?

OPPAIR has CE certificate and SGS factory inspection certificate, and has strict standards for production, testing and delivery to ensure the high quality of products.

OPPAIR has an experienced technical team and a multilingual sales team, which can answer customer questions in the first time, and can provide telephone services in English, French, and Spanish markets. Damaged parts can be sent to customers by DHL as soon as possible.
