How to distinguish the pressure of the OPPAIR air compressor in different states?
The pressure of the air compressor can be observed through the pressure gauges on the air tank and the oil and gas barrel. The pressure gauge of the air tank is to see the pressure of the stored air, and the pressure gauge of the oil and gas barrel is to see the working pressure of the air compressor.
OPPAIR air compressor in different states:
Loading state: The pressure in oil and gas barrel pressure and the air tank pressure should be the same.
Unloading state: The pressure in oil and gas barrel pressure is lower than the air tank.
Stop state: After a few minutes of shutdown, the pressure in oil and gas barrel pressure should be 0.
If the air compressor is in the shutdown state, the pressure in the oil and gas barrel pressure gauge is not 0 all the time, and the air inlet valve is always leaking, it is because the minimum pressure valve does not play a one-way interception role and needs to be replaced.
The functions of the minimum pressure valve in the compressor are as follows: when the OPPAIR compressor is started, it quickly establishes the circulating pressure required for lubrication to avoid wear of the equipment due to poor lubrication; it acts as a buffer to control the gas flow rate through the oil-gas separation filter element to prevent high-speed airflow from destroying the oil-gas separation effect, and to bring the lubricating oil out of the system to avoid excessive pressure difference on both sides of the oil-gas separation filter element to damage the filter material; it has a check function and acts as a one-way valve.
